In July 2021, that aspiration came genuine, and Caleb turned the youngest man or woman with Down syndrome (at age 14) to full a entire-sprint tri. He competed at the Specific Olympics United states of america Games and will be competing afterwards this summer season at the United states of america Triathlon Youth & Junior Nationals, along with Age Team Nationals. Caleb is also the youngest ambassador for the United states of america Triathlon Foundation – his system is to encourage youth of ALL talents to pursue exercise and healthful living goals (and consider triathlon!)
