BERNAMA – SUKMA 2026: Kelantan identifies 12 more sport facilities for upgrading

KOTA BHARU, March 29 (Bernama) — The Kelantan Condition Sports activities Council (MSN), alongside one another with the Malaysia Games  (Sukma) Secretariat,  has recognized 12 far more amenities to be upgraded in preparation for the condition to host the biennial activity function in 2026.

Condition Youth, Sports activities and NGO committee chairman Wan Roslan Wan Hamat reported various other sporting activities facilities had also been identified to be produced as training centres for athletes competing in the Sukma games.

“As an original action in preparing the very best services, two instruction centres have been upgraded, specifically the Gymasium Hall of the Wakaf Mek Zainab Faculty Complex and Squash Centre of the Wakaf Mek Zainab University Complex in Kota Bharu.

“Two other amenities are being upgraded, specifically the Dewan Badminton Jabatan Kerja Raya (the education centre for the Point out bandminton Affiliation) and Dewan Badminton Tengku Anis in Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu,” he claimed in reaction to  a concern from Datuk Seri Md Alwi Che Ahmad (BN-Kok Lanas) at the Kelantan Condition Assembly listed here these days.

Wan Roslan said Talent Identifaction and Development (TID) programme experienced been implemented by MSN in Kota Bharu and Tumpat to identify new abilities to be absorbed  in the instruction programmes for large-perfoming athletes.
