I dabbled in dance classes not as a child or teen, but in my 20s. My favorite rhythm was/is Bellydance. I danced for 15 many years at ethnic festivals and Middle Eastern restaurants, and even put myself via school. I also grew to become a lover of health and fitness.
My day position was a Clinical Dietitian. Right after acquiring my daughter and twin sons, everyday living was outrageous!
Having said that, just after strolling into my really initial Zumba course 11 yrs ago, listened to Shakira in the playlist, and I was hooked. I realized I Experienced to train Zumba! I fell in love with ALL the Latin and worldwide rhythms – the much more uncommon, the much better!
So, I reinvented myself, turned a accredited Zumba instructor and certified Team Health and fitness Instructor, and “Zumba by Samira” was born. Samira was my dancing name!
I am just about every little bit as passionate about Zumba 11 years afterwards as I was on day one particular.
There is constantly Belly dance in my playlist, and I also teach Cardio Belly dance!
I completely like the incredible Zumba relatives we have designed!
Most have been with me the complete time.
The advantages of Zumba, dance, and exercise are big, but for me, it retains me satisfied and sane.
I am also proud to say I am 66.
I have no ideas to ever cease spreading Zumbalove.
